Satoshi Hidaka
After graduating from Institute of Science Tokyo and completing his graduate studies there, Satoshi worked on new business development in deep tech at Hitachi. He later helped launch a healthcare startup using hydrogel technology. After witnessing severe water shortages and their impact on agriculture in arid regions of the United States, he set out to help make agriculture more sustainable. Drawing on his experience in deep tech and materials science, he founded Teraform in April 2025.
